Home Sweet Home Keychain

Description

This month the technique we're focusing on is corrugated ribbing. Corrugated ribbing is not as stretchy as regular ribbing, but does work well for bandings on hats and vests. Because it's not a stretchy ribbing, the cast on edge can curl. The Italian 2-color cast on minimizes any curling, so that's what we'll be using for the corrugated ribbing keychain project. If this is new to you, work along with the video tutorial below to get started.

The keychain is worked as a cylinder then shaped at the top. The base is formed by picking up around the bottom and knitting a flat circle.
